Consultations

If you need to ask a question or would like to know more before a treatment, consultations are free.

Confidentiality

All treatments are carried out in private rooms and are treated in the strictest confidence. ​

​

Cancellations

Where possible clients are asked to please give notice of cancellations as early as possible. Heavenly holds a cancellation list and would be able to contact clients waiting for appointments.

​

Passport to Leisure

A 10% discount on treatments is given to holders of Passport to Leisure (excludes vouchers and specialised packages).

​

Payment

We can accept cash, cheques and cards including UK Delta, UK Electron, Switch, Solo and all Credit Cards.

​

Deposits

A £10 deposit is required on all treatments over £20. Deposits are non-refundable. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or postpone an appointment, if we can resell your appointment your deposit will carry on to next treatment.

Discounts

No discounts will be given on discounted packages.

Heavenly VIP Membership Terms and Conditions

Pay monthly by direct debit 

£35 for £50 worth of treatments

£45 for £55 worth of treatments

£50 for £60 worth of treatments

£55 for £65 worth of treatments

 

1. VIP Membership Terms and Conditions Membership are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

2. Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. VIP Membership are for the named member only and cannot be used by or transferred to any other person.

4. Benefits of membership cannot be used to purchase treatments or products at discount on behalf of a non-member.

5. We cannot be responsible for unavailability of appointments within the month and would advise members to book well in advance.

6. VIP Membership cannot be used on the on purchases of gift vouchers.

7. VIP Membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount e.g. monthly offers, CACI, introductory offers, cancellation offers and package offers.

8. Money to be paid on the 1st of each month.

9. To be paid into Bank of Scotland sort code : 80-06-41 account number 00144498.

10. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions or withdraw the scheme at any time: members will be notified in advance of any changes.

11. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel membership when a member is not abiding by the terms and conditions.
